A non-refundable $30 Booking Fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee will be fully deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
Once your fee is received, your booking is confirmed! Your studio address will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment time.
Please note that lash appointments may take 3 hours or more. The exact time depends on the style you choose and the natural amount of lashes you have, so please plan your schedule accordingly!
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows us to complete your Client Consultation Form and discuss your desired look before we start the lashing process!
No Plus Ones: To ensure a relaxing and focused environment, no guests or children are permitted during your lash appointment.
Studio Conduct: Any bad behaviour, foul language, or unnecessary conduct that causes stress to the beauty therapist will not be tolerated. The treatment will be stopped immediately, and you will forfeit the full-service amount.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows after this time will result in the loss of your $30 Booking Fee.
